LO Extraction in SAP BI

Most of us have confusions while doing LO extraction first time.

remember the below 12 points which gives brief view about LO extraction.

1) goto RSA5, find out the data source which you want to activate. activate the data source.
2) Once you activate in RSA5, you will find that data source in RSA6. check you have same data source in RSA6.
3) goto LBWE, you will see the data source with status yellow(data source is active, extraction structure not generated). To generate the extraction structure, click on maintenance button and click on save. Now you will the data source with green color.
4) Replicate the data source in BI, by going into RSA1 --> right click on source system --> replicate data source.
5) delete the setup tables with t-code LBWG
6) fill the setup tables using OLI*BW or SBIW
7) create full load IP and run it to load the historical data to BI.
8) create init IP, run it with option "init with out data transfer.
9) create delta IP to load the delta records from next day onwards.
10) schedule v3 job in LBWE to move the delta records from extraction queue/update tables to delta queue(RSA7).
11) run the delta IP in BI system to make sure that your extraction is working.
12) Instead of scheduling V3 job in LBWE, you can the below program in SE38 to move the delta records to RSA7.
program --> RSMW3** -- where ** refers to the application component number.
